Complete Meeting Package (CMP)
As a premier Seattle meeting and conference center, Bell Harbor offers the Complete Meeting Package (CMP) as a cost-effective resource to meeting and event planners. The CMP is easy to understand, so that you can quickly estimate your meeting costs.
The CMP includes:
- Meeting space dedicated to your event
- Audiovisual equipment including built-in rear screen projection in all conference rooms, a DVD player, one flipchart, a corded hand-held, lavaliere, or podium microphone with podium, white boards in all meeting rooms, and one easel
- Catering from our award-winning culinary team, including a continental breakfast, mid-morning and afternoon refreshments and snack breaks, and an executive lunch buffet
Additional services with the CMP include the following:
Equipment and Service
- A dedicated event planning manager to coordinate all of your needs from room set-up to dinner service
- Award-winning Herman Miller Aeron executive chairs for 12-hour comfort
- Conference tables arranged to provide the most productive environment for your group
- Conference supplies, including pencils, note pads, flip charts, pushpins, white boards and markers
- An onsite business service center with a full-time concierge that can provide help with photocopying, faxing, and secretarial needs
If you require videoconferencing, teleconferencing, computer needs or simultaneous interpretation, your event planning manager can assist you with appropriate pricing.
Meals and Breaks
- Continental breakfast includes fresh fruit juice, yogurts, cereals, assorted pastries, muffins and breads, coffee, tea and decaf
- Continuous coffee break service throughout the morning
- Executive lunch buffet including an assortment of salads, a variety of hot and cold main entrees, rolls, beverages and a dessert bar
- Mid-afternoon refreshment break includes soft drinks, juices, snacks, fresh fruit, cookies, coffee, tea and decaf
